In all honesty, it was a little bit of a nightmare finding 20 songs that I loved that were released this year; you'd probably guessed from the way I detail a list of songs I'm obsessed with every month on this blog that I'm an avid listener to music. The main issue is that I listen to literally every genre of music, my iPod holds songs by Kanye West, Little Mix, Gallows, White Lies... You can pretty much name any genre and I'll have at least one song on the iPod from it. 20 songs wasn't really enough for me, but I needed to limit myself somewhere, haha. The songs listed above are the 'most listened' to on my iPod throughout this year and I think it definitely shows how my mood swings have been really up and down this year, but on the whole I've listened to this ones whilst on a journey on public transport so they're on the whole quite loud and upbeat as I don't like hearing the sounds of traffic much. Buses and especially the tube are so noisy! Hopefully 2017 will bring out some amazing songs too, just like some of these.
